Welcome to the Hanging News Network nightly round up, bring you the most exciting hanging news of the day, including hanging games and sports. I'm Tina Brown and we have a lot of news stories for you tonight. We have received several hot tips of hangings in progress and our reporters are on the way. We hope to have breaking news updates soon.

Tonight we have a special treat for you right here in the studio. Behind me you can see our three volunteers for a special HNN licensed hanging poker game that we will be broadcasting live. At the far end of the studio is the gallows that the loser will use to pay her debt. You will get to watch all the exciting moments of this life or death game during the news tonight.

 

First tonight we have an exclusive breaking news update. One of our volunteer field photographers sent in this photo he took this morning at Lake La Muir State Park. This was a private hanging game, from the photo apparently a strip hanging card game. We have verified with the state that this was a licensed game. The beautiful loser, who paid her debt in full, is reported to be Mary Lockworth from San Narciso California. We are lucky that the hanging was at the lake shore where our corespondent could get this photograph from a boat.

The other two players you can see in the photo were apparently arguing about whether to play for a second hanging, but they decided not to continue. We only have this one lovely loser that paid her forfeit beautifully.

Now over to HNN Special Reporter Katherine Yang.

 

Katherine: Welcome viewers to HNN's first live hanging poker game. Now lets meet our three lovely volunteers.

Katherine: First we have Beverley, a 22 year old who just graduated with a degree in psychology. Welcome to HNN Beverley.

Beverley: Thank you, I'm so excited to be here tonight.

Katherine: How long have you been thinking about hanging poker?

Beverley: Since I was 15 when I heard about it. When I was 18 I saw a real game on TV and I knew right away I had to do it.

Katherine: Are you afraid of the noose?

Beverley: Of course, everyone is. I think positive. One of the other girls will do the noose dance tonight ... I hope.

Katherine: Let's welcome Cindy to HNN. She's a 21 year old sales clerk in a major department store. Are you ready for tonight's game?

Cindy: I can't wait. Been imagining it for years.

Katherine: Aren't you scared of the noose?

Cindy: Well, yeah. I'm hoping for another girl wins noose tonight.

Katherine: What got you interested in playing?

Cindy: A girl friend of mine's older sister played in a charity tournament. She said it was the biggest thrill of her life.

Katherine: Good luck Cindy.

Katherine: Now let's welcome Willow to HNN. She is a 22 year old nursing student at a local community college. What got you interesting in hanging poker?

Willow: When I first heard about it, it seemed insane but at the same time exciting. When I was 19 I went with a friend to watch at a private club, and wow...I knew I had to do it.

Katherine: One of the players will hang herself on live TV, does that bother you?

Willow: Not really. Two thirds chance it's not me.

Katherine: Good luck Willow. We will be starting the game in a few minutes. Now back to you Tina.

Tina: Thank you Katherine. We have breaking news. Following up on a phone tip, Frida Jones and her crew have arrived at what looks to be a hanging in progress. What is happening there Frida?

 

Frida: I'm Frida Jones from HNN. I just arrived at this location on the fire road in Lexus Open Space where this young woman has put a noose up in a tree. What is your name?

Alice: I'm Alice. About time you got here. I called 30 minutes ago.

Frida: Sorry we took so long. It looks like you did a good job of putting up the noose.

Alice: Yeah, I got it up high enough.

Frida: As I'm sure you know, Lexus Open Space is a designated hanging zone, so no one should interfere. What made you decide on today.

Alice: I wanted to be famous; do it live on HNN during the news. Will this be broadcast live?

Frida: Of course, we are live right now.

Alice: Cool, then I'll just get on with it.

Frida: Are you going to hang in those clothes?

Alice: Is there something wrong with these?

Frida: No, but everyone knows to be famous you need to be shameless and take off your clothes.

Alice: Really? Hmmm. Then I'll be shameless.

Frida: Alice is getting ready now. We will be staying with this story live and without commercial interruptions. Our crew has the drone camera almost ready to go, so we should have some live aerial views as well.

 

Frida: Alice is just about ready. She has the noose on. We are just waiting for the drone camera to get airborne.

Alice: You have two cameras down there. What the f..k do you need a drone camera for. Are we still live?

Frida: We are broadcasting live.

Alice: Then thanks brad for the great time last night. You were good, but it didn't change my mind. Good bye all you fuckers. Enjoy my show…

Frida: Ooooohhh . . . had to get out of the way of the ladder. As you can see, Alice is swinging.

 

Frida: Alice may be trying to scream something, but we only can hear some garbled sounds.

Frida: Alice is a great dancer . . . and you can now see HNN's drone camera airborne in the upper right of the picture. We should have exclusive aerial shots momentarily.

 

Frida: Here is our aerial shot of Alice's noose dance. I think she has seen or heard the drone.

Frida: Alice is fading away now. I think her final dance is almost over.

 

Frida: Alice put on a great show for the HNN viewers, but it looks like her show is over now. The open space rangers will leave her body up until night fall for people to come and see it in person. It is already starting to attract attention as you can see behind me. Alice's full hanging video will be available on the HNN website shortly. Back to you Tina.

Tina: Wow, that was exciting to watch. I'm sure Alice's hanging will be one of the most popular on our website. We can see some hanging fans are already getting a closer look.

While we were covering that exciting breaking news story, we started the hang poker game in the studio. Katherine can your bring us up to date?

Katherine: Thank you Tina. As you can see we started the game. The girls have been losing clothing, but the game is still very close. Cindy was the first to lose her bra.

Katherine: Cindy, how do you feel about being topless on live TV.

Cindy: It doesn't bother me. I'm not ashamed of what I've got.

Katherine: And you have nothing to be ashamed of, but you now only have your panties left.

Cindy: Yeah, well, had a run of bad cards here, but other girls are not much better off.

Katherine: Are you worried about the noose now?

Cindy: Of course, but the cards will decide. I've had my bad cards, so someone else is due for a bad run now.

Katherine: Good lucky to you Cindy. Back to you Tina.

Tina: Thank you for that update Katherine. We have another exclusive hanging news story for you today. Following up on a tip we sent a team to a remote mountain lodge. You can see here what we found. HNN's Sarah Smith is on the scene now. What have you learned Sarah?

Sarah: We have learned quite a bit since we got here. The owners of this lodge have asked us not to disclose its name or location, but they are allowing us to report on this hanging. The woman's name is Caylin O'Shannessy from Costa Meca, California. We are still trying to piece together all of the details. Caylin called HNN about two hours ago saying she was about to hang herself. We told her it would take some time for our news team to get up here. She said she could not wait for us, but would ask for her body to be left hanging until HNN arrived in her suicide note.

As it turned out, no one here knew she had hanged when we arrived. Caylin had been staying here for several days and had paid for the room through the weekend. She had gone hiking most days, but obviously not today. This was not another suicide by a lonely young woman. Caylin had apparently signed up for a online hanging circle. A hanging circle is a group, usually large, frequently one hundred or more people, who sign up to be in a chat room at a given time with their noose and video equipment ready. Usually one person is randomly chosen to hang on web video for the group. Hanging circles are not legally sanctioned hanging games, so the person selected cannot be forced to hang, but there is nothing to prevent them from hanging themselves on webcam if they do it in private room or in a designated open hanging zone. Since Caylin had rented this room, it was perfectly legal for her to hang herself here.

Sarah: One of the surprises at the scene is behind me in the corner. This is not your regular video camera. This is a high quality professional video camera with a wireless transmitter. We think the laptop computer was used to relay the video to the other members of the circle. This equipment is very expensive. We have been calling around to experts knowledgeable in hanging circles asking if they have ever seen anything like this before. Several told us that this is the hallmark of the Amruthcanie hanging circle. This hanging circle has been active for several years, but very little is known about it. The previous hangings believed to be associated with the Amruthcanie circle have been in India and Europe.

None of the experts I talked to have any idea how to contact the Amruthcanie circle. All say that it is very difficult to join. You probably have to be recommended by a member. It is believed most of the members come from very wealthy families or are famous people. There are rumors that some Bollywood actress hanging suicides were Amruthcanie circle hangings, but the families and authorities have hushed it up.

Sarah: Some hanging circles sell the recorded videos of their member hangings. The Amruthcanie circle has never done this as far as anyone knows.

Another point of controversy is whether the Amruthcanie circle is only open to women or to both men and women. All known hangings related to the Amruthcanie circle have been women. The circle is named after an Indian house wife who wrote in her suicide note “I want to experience death by hanging.” She became so curious what it was like, she did it just to find out.

Tina: Thank you Sarah for that fascinating report. Things have been developing quickly here in the studio, so over Katherine for the latest on our HNN hanging poker game.

Katherine: Indeed there have been some developments. Beverley is the first to lose her panties. How are you feeling about the game right now Beverley.

Beverley: Well ... a little worried, but the other players are not so far behind.

Katherine: That's true. So you're ready to trust your luck?

Beverley: This is a game of luck. We're all trusting our luck.

Katherine: That's true. Good luck to you.

Katherine: Willow just lost her bra on the previous hand. How are you feeling about the game now.

Willow: I'm feeling good about it. The noose is there, but probably 75% chance now it won't be for me.

Katherine: The game is very close, but anything can happen from here on out.

Willow: Definitely anything can happen, but that's what makes the game exciting. Any of us could end up in that noose.

Katherine: Good luck Willow. I understand we have more breaking news. Back to you now Tina.

 

Tina: Thank you Katherine. We will be keeping you updated as the game progresses, but right now we have breaking news from New York. HNN's Keira Jackson has just arrived at a special hanging party. What is happening there, Keira?

Keira: I've just arrived at this fabulous Manhattan loft. The party is well underway. We got here as soon as we could when Victoria Silversmith called, but some of the guests couldn't wait to get started. I am told there was a spin the bottle game with stripping and hanging. You can see many sparsely clothed guest and two already hanged behind me. This was an extreme version of the traditional spin the bottle game, and it was not just the hanging that made it extreme. Clothing items that were lost were immediately burned in the fire place. A lot of really expensive party dresses went up in smoke. Most of the guest here will be going home in rain coats, bags or wrapped in sheets, if they do not end up on one of the auto hangs behind me.

Keira: Let's meet Victoria Silversmith, our party host. You organize this party for your hanging.

Victoria: Yes. I've been thinking about it for years. I feel I've lived long enough. Now is the time. So I invited all my friends to celebrate my hanging.

Keira: You installed five auto hangs. You only need one. So you were hoping some of your friends would join you?

Victoria: Well, I was hoping to inspire some of my friends. Some of them seem to have gotten carried away with their enthusiasm already. There will still be two nooses left after I hang. I hope to inspire a couple of friends to make good use of them.

Keira: Millions of HNN viewers will be looking forward to it.

Keira: Behind me you can see Victoria putting on her handcuffs. Her close friend Brooklyn will be operating the auto hang for her.

 

Keira: Everything is ready. We are just waiting for Victoria to give the word.

Keira: There she goes.

Keira: Victoria is doing her final dance for her guests and our HNN viewers.

 

Keira: Victoria is putting up a real struggle with the noose, but a struggle she will lose.

 

Keira: Victoria is fading, going limp. Not much longer.

Katherine: Bad luck there Cindy. How do you feel about the game now.

Cindy: Well . . . could be better, but the game is still close. Time for my luck to change.

Katherine: Are you worried about the noose now?

Cindy: Yes and no. It could be any of the players really. Better than fifty percent chance it is one of the other girls.

Katherine: Good luck to you. I'm sure our audience is looking forward to the next few hands.

Tina: Thank you for that update Katherine. It looks like something is happening at Victoria Silversmith's party. Keira can you give us an update?

Keira: Thank you Tina. Brooklyn, Victoria's best friend, has apparently decided to hang right next to Victoria.

 

Keira: An argument seems to have broken out as to who gets to operate the controls for Brooklyn's auto-hang.

Keira: Booklyn decided that a women she knows should operate the controls. Now we are ready, just waiting for the word from Brooklyn.

 

Keira: And there goes Brooklyn.

Keira: Brooklyn is swinging now.

Keira: Brooklyn is fighting hard, look at her lift those legs.

Keira: Brooklyn seems to be fading. Looks like her final dance is almost over.

Keira: Brooklyn has almost stopped twitching now. She hanged herself next to her good friend Victoria. As you can see behind me, there is still one noose available, so this party may not be over yet. If something develops here, we will bring it all to you, but back to the studio where I expect things are getting interesting Tina.

Tina: Thank you Keira for that exciting report. Things have gotten interesting. Here is the tape of what happened just moments ago in the studio.

Katherine: This is the moment Cindy realized she lost and would be the star of the first live studio hanging on HNN.

Katherine: You can see Cindy behind me preparing for her hanging. I don't know if she will have anything to say before she hangs herself. I'm told we have another quick updated from the field, but don't worry, you will not miss anything. Back to you Tina. 

Tina: There seems to be something going on at Victoria Silversmith's party. Keira, what is happening there.

Keira: As you can see most of the guests have decided to continue the strip/hanging spin the bottle game for the last auto hang. I couldn't pass up this opportunity, but since I had not been in the game earlier, I had to burn my dress and bra. That is what is happening here. Back to you Tina.

Katherine: Cindy would like to say a few things.

Cindy: I just want to thank all my fans for supporting me. I knew this could happen. Of course I wish someone else was here, but I want to make you proud of you me.

Katherine: As you can see Cindy is nosing herself. This is a licensed, sanctioned hanging poker game, so she will definitely hang. Players are always offered the opportunity to do the honorable thing and hang themselves though.

We will of course be leaving her hanging for the regulation one hour to make sure that she has hanged until dead, but that is probably just a formality. I hear Keira has some new developments, so back to you Tina.

Tina: We do have some developments! Keira, what's going on?

Keira: As you can see, the game did not go well. I'd like to thank HNN for the great opportunity they gave me. I really enjoyed my time at HNN, but now I need to hang myself for the other players here and the HNN audience.

Tina: We no longer have a correspondent on the scene. It looks like Keira is putting on handcuffs.

Tina: It looks like everything is setup, just waiting to push the button.

Tina: There she goes!

Tina: Keira is dancing now!
